All of us have a unique story that has brought us to where we are now. And sometimes, we may find ourselves in a period of life that is confusing or filled with uncertainty. We may feel stuck, lost, or even frustrated about where we have ended up, and not sure how to move forward or create the change we deeply desire.

I am excited to practice from a person-centered approach. This means I work closely with my clients to develop a therapeutic plan that works for them, based on their current needs and readiness for change. Along with empathetic listening, I use therapeutic tools and techniques that are specifically chosen to meet each individual client where they are at. Together we can start finding growth, healing, and understanding in your life's story.

Currently I am available for video and phone counselling. Reach out today for a free twenty minute phone consultation.

Some of the methods and interventions we will use together to create a counselling plan can include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Adlerian Therapy

  • Attachment Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Strengths based, positive psychology
